Spring Park is a city in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,717 at the 2000 census. It is located on Lake Minnetonka and has over 4 miles of shoreline while being less than 1/2 square mile in area. It was incorporated in 1951 and at that time had a population of a little over 200. Its most well known business is Lord Fletcher's, a bar and restaurant on the lake. Geography: According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.6 km²), of which, 0.4 square miles (0.9 km²) of it is land and 0.3 square miles (0.7 km²) of it (41.94%) is water. County 15 and County 51 are two of the main routes. Demographics: As of the census2 of 2000, there were 1,717 people, 930 households, and 321 families residing in the city.
