Magnificent apartment complex, built in a modern Canarian style, ideally situated on the ocean front, in one of the most recently developed areas of Playa de las Americas and one of the sunniest, at the promenade that leads to the nearby harbour of Los Cristianos. The complex covers an area of 67,000 m2 and is situated on the golden corner of Playa de las Americas, the tourist town in the South of Tenerife.

Further information about Playa de las Américas

Playa de las Américas is a purpose-built holiday resort between the Municipio of Arona, and Adeje in the south of Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands. It was built in the 1960s beside the town of Los Cristianos and stretching northward to the Costa Adeje. The resort area features numerous bars and nightclubs, as well as a number of beaches, most of which are man-made from imported sand from Africa due to the darkness of the native volcanic sand.
